Mario Tennis Aces as of some update, maybe between v3.1.0 to v1.0.0 uses new compressions in the filesystem while keeping many old ones but I don't know approx what version introduced them so I cannot say. Can you figure out the newer compressions? It would be a huge help for datamining the game's updates and the people in the MTAC Discord would appreciate this.
