if you have to let me post something, then why didn't you tell me then sooner?

i worked so hard. trying to get to the request boards THAT I AM NOT ALLOWED TO POST A REQUEST IF I HAD SO LITTLE POSTS!

Board descriptions as well as the board rules lay that general info out.
Also don't expect people here to be psychic and preemptively stop you from posting something, because that's an unrealistic expectation to hold onto others.

And melodrama over naked robots gets you nowhere fast, so don't do it.

In simple English: You need 20 posts to be able to post in the request board.
This does not mean you post requests outside of the boards. No one will honor them.
Just wait until you have 20 posts before you try to post in there. 
Otherwise, you're just gonna get in trouble (and no one will take your requests seriously in the meantime)
