Is there a way to view or download the server/server files directly?

You want to see the images or the data ? (Man in the middle)

I guess the data, what I mean is that I want to look at how the sonic runners servers/data is set up and then catalogue it I guess. Kind of like the image that you had shown us on page 5 of this discussion on sonic runners:

By the way, do you know how to properly export the model files? I keep making the fbx files using unity studio, but neither noesis or blender can open them.
