Is it possible to rip from Pokémon GO and Pokédex 3D?

Pokedex 3D isn't available outside of Japan at the moment, so no go on that sorry mate.

About the pvr texture i think they are still convertible. just use pvr tex tools. I converted them manually a lot of time when unity studio didn't work for them. On the web there should be a small part of the huge pack of pvr tools modified with a batch  file to auto convert the pvr textures (made bye an user of xentax or zenhax??) in dds format with a simple drag and drop. Unfortunately it passed a lot of time since i used it so it's probably the tool i used is "Lost in my Hardisk Space". I will take a look if i find it.(if anyone is still interested in converting pvr textures).

Could you rip Nemo, Marlin, and Dory from Nemo's Reef

I'm downloading the game as we speak. I've already downloaded Dory's Reef in the past and I didn't find any "Character" models. Than again, I had just downloaded about 5 other games and was more excited to rip from them LOL.
