Ohhh, I guess I didn't word the post very well, sorry about that.
The FSB file itself was not edited in anyway after extracting it from the vArc file.
The rates of the wavs from the extracted fsb were the only things that were modified.
Then again, I lack confidence in my memory (lol) so here is a newly extracted fsb file:
