Music.
That's where most of my creativity comes from. Any kind of music works, but video game music specifically really pushes me to work harder and practice spriting/drawing/making my own music/e.t.c. Likely my inner competitiveness screaming "Hey I bet I can make something just as good!!!" serves as my ultimate motivation, ehehe. I definitely think seeing/listening to the works of others is my strongest driving force. Always reminds me that I do want to improve and be better than I am.
