So I just decided to marathon all the Metroid games since as it happens, the original came out in Japan in 1986 - yep, this year marks thirty years of Metroid. Woohoo!

Also got meself a Shovel Knight amiibo and have been playing through that again with the Custom Knight option, which is actually pretty cool and I wish it had been in the game from the beginning!
