I think it's probably true, although I don't think it's a Smash Bros. sequel in the sense that we've gotten used to... I think it could be a remixed edition of Wii U/3DS with combined content from both and maybe a couple of new things, but that would be it at the most. It would likely end up having a whole bunch of exclusive DLC, though.
