Also, people like to play competively, too.  I mean, they're a decent chunk. Shouldn't their concerns be valid aswell, even if Sakurai tries to stiff them as much as he can?

Their concerns were addressed with fifty other characters. If they don't like Ice Climbers, it's not that hard for them to "ban" the pair while the rest of the people can use them for fun.

Metaknight was broken as shit in Brawl, and he was only banned in certain tournaments for a limited amount of time. If they aren't going to ban Brawl MK, I don't see a full on character being banned ever
