I redesigned Radish from a game idea I had. If Icicle sounds familiar, he was supposed to be the true final boss to that game. He also appears as one of Neko's alternate special moves on Neko's The Fighters Resource spritesheet.

Radish is a Mandrake with the Leek of Legends (sword), the Lettuce Shield and the ability to screech for debuffs.
