Sweet sweet cheesecake. You can keep it in your inventory and use it when you lose all HP, fully recovering it. An important backup item! Gone after use.

Green hookshot. It's said that in ancient times, an anthromorphic dog boy took grabbed this hookshot repetitively, which mystically emitted a loud trumpet fanfare, in order to piss his dad off.
