I don't mean for this to sound impolite, but what is going on with Toad's head? It looks unnaturally stretched out.

His head looks as if it was separated from the mushroom hat, The feet look disconnected from the body, and the arms just don't look too smooth, but well I have never made 3D modeling, or paper craft, so this may be intentional.

It has been separated, as have the feet. You're not being impolite, it's a good question.


The hat and feet are meant to be disconnected, at least in my opinion, in papercrafting terms. After all the different parts are built, they will glue on by contact, letting you be sure that it will stand up, as all builds are different. Now about the arms; arms have never been my strong suit. It's hard to get them into a good pose without making it look unnatural.
