...and I have a card maker not limited to only magic cards, though it is still limited;
dates back from when I stopped playing that card game and at the time XYZ cards did not exist.
If the current leader of the project is interested I can re-upload it or try to find where I downloaded it (though it's been years, so.....)

This program can do that too, and is essentially open source with what packs you decide to make. It's just called Magic Set Editor, and it comes default with Yu-Gi-Oh and Magic the Gathering templates for cards and sets. I downloaded a Digimon one.
