See if you really want to know if a character is overpowered have a bunch of amateurs play the game. If a bunch of noobs are mostly winning with Ike, then you know he's overpowered.

I'm pretty sure that's not the way to tell if a character is overpowered. Ike has a bunch of weaknesses that can easily be exploited that prevent him from being overpowered. Just because Johnny NeverPlayedBeforeton doesn't know how to shield and punish Ike's forward smash doesn't mean Ike is overpowered

If a five year old is beating you because he's spamming Ike's smashes, it's not because Ike is an overpowered character. There's probably a problem on your end
