Zatch Bell DFF and MDL issues

Any progress on this? I'd really like to see a Zatch model (with a slight possibility that you could give me the file to use it as a Super Smash Bros. Brawl texture).

Unfortunately all my efforts at opening these files were fruitless so I gave up. If its the textures you want I can easily get those.
