I wouldn't suggest you to do that. The copyright holders may not be happy to see someone making money with their content, even if edited. There's a chance you could get away with that, but on the other hand you're also ripping off your customers by taking money for what is not yours. And let's be honest, several indie games have shown that people often don't mind hideous selfmade pixel chunks easily these days.
