At first glance, the model looks perfectly fine. I was about to accept it when I realized that one of his feet is significantly larger than the other one. To a lesser degree, so are his hands.

As it turns out, DinnerSonic ran into the exact same problem when he tried ripping a PS2 game. What happens is that the scene is being distorted by perspective. I have a hunch that this is a problem that will affect a number of (if not all) attempts at ripping PS2 game models.

It's most likely an issue with either the ripper or the import process, and not something you can do much to fix post-import. If you find a way to fix the issue, that would be awesome. If not, then it seems some PS2 games will still be out of our grasp.

I haven't exactly read it yet, but but this thread may be a good place to read up or ask questions.
