After about 3 months of trying to find a way to open these darn .psarc files-they were encrypted, etc-(okay maybe not 3 months in total but you get the idea 
)I found a way to get them open, and now I have access to all the textures. I'm still trying to figure out the model format, and when I have those, I'll get those uploaded too. Anyway here's what I have so far.
