Ah, I always hate the first day... someone's always getting killed with no evidence to support it.

Seriously though, first days kinda suck.

I would've recommended throwing out offhanded comments like that though; it kind of opens the floodgates if Kat actually dies. Namely, if she does die, then you have this whole "you called it," "why would I say it if I was mafia," "to throw us off the trail," back and forth that amounts to a fat lot of circle jerking over questionable evidence.
