First, you don't need to change the key to F11, you just push F11.
Second, do you mean you can't get the game to start at all? What version of the game are you using, GC, PC, PS2 or XBOX? If your using the GC version, then you can dump textures from Dolphin, and you don't even need 3D Ripper DX.
