So wait, there isn't a boomerang in Skyward Sword. So will they give him a boomerang anyway, or maybe they'll give him the beetle instead, further diversifying him from Toon Link (who would still have the boomerang)?

Though I suppose boomerang logic falls through when you think of the fact that only kid Link could use the boomerang in OoT, but SSB Link uses it anyway.
