Unreal Tournament refuses to run ever since I installed Quake III. I've always considered John Carmack to be a bit of a prick, but this is a bit much.

It's a sad, sad world when an idiot teenager's fanfiction (revolving around an offensively obvious Mary Sue, no less) can get published and my own work that revolves around worldbuilding, characterization, and genuine emotion can't. FUCK modern publishing, it's not even about talented writing anymore. I wanna murder somebody right now.
