So my Bio Dad over the Summer has been getting buses to Canada so he can visit me on his way back down, and normally it'd be once or twice a month, but it's now like once a week, and of course I love my dad but we have a strained relationship as is and I'd like more space because it really annoys me that the day before he arrives he just calls me and says he'll be here. I want to tell him that maybe he visit less often, but I don't know how to tell him without going back to the abrasive relationship we had for the past year again.
