I fucking can't believe this. I have the internet again, but in order to connect, I have to trail my ethernet cable downstairs into the porchway where the phone connects to the wall. I had the thing plugged into a second socket upstairs in the bedroom, but that's apparently been disconnected...
I'll have to call about this, because seriously, it's stupid to have the modem by the front door.
