>Playing games somehow makes me feel even worse and even physically sick
>Try to watch the news but have to turn the volume way down low because as usual when I'm feeling sick, my hearing becomes really sensitive
>Go up to bed for a while for some peace and quiet
>Can hear neighbour's birds tweeting through the wall again
>Go back downstairs
>Now just sitting here doing absolutely nothing
