Not bad, but he doesn't seem to "pop" as much as the others. I'm not sure what it is. Maybe the hat or the teeth?

It's because I don't have the full pallete on the shirt and stuff yet. I only did it as filler colors til I find a good pallete from M&L3..so don't worry about the colors of the hat, overalls, clothes. I'm just focusing on the shape and form of the sprite at the moment.

I think you should put his thumbs behind his belly, making it look like the stomach sticks out the farthest and widest.
