Those games are also all available on PC, and it would be a lot easier to extract their files from the PC versions. Getting them specifically from the PS4 versions is possible, but it's just adding extra steps that complicate the process.
The Construction Simulator games are made in Unity, so they should be able to be extracted with Asset Studio. I found this tool for the RE Engine games, but I haven't yet tried it myself, so I don't know how well it works. I'm afraid I don't know how to get models from Snowdrop engine games like The Division.
