What program do I use to rip Virtual Boy sprites?

Hey again. I want to try and rip Wario's sprites from VB Wario Land, since it's a crime that his sprites haven't been ripped yet. I'm trying to find a program to use that can help me rip the sprites since I'm not a coder. Any help would be appreciated!
