Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games
#1
One game I have a big love/hate relationship is with Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games for the Wii. To the point where the first model I sent was Peach in all of her outfits and since then I've been sending lots more.

it's actually a simple process to get everything out.
After dumping the disc, CriPakTools was used to extract the William.cpk, this is the main file that has every bit of game data.

After this there's numerous folders for the different file types

Within these folders are .ARC files that contain .BRRES files that hold texture and model data.
I've used BrawlCrate to view the data as I've used it quite a bit in the past, usually for modding other games.
Most of these characters have split uvs, usually on the eyes. So I've gone into Blender, made copies of those meshes with multiple uvs, and deleted one uv on each copy.

Here's what I know contains models
Character: The characters' models in each of the events, each having 3 letter initials for the characters and the name of the event (example: ResourceActionParkMAR.ARC).
CharaSelect: The characters models on the character selection, this only contains the high poly models and some set animations
Judge: Some of the NPCs such as Charmy, Lakitu, Espio, etc.
MiiParts: The Mii's body parts, if you couldn't figure that out.
MiniGame: The models for the London Party Mode.
Terrain: The maps for the events.
Test: Early/unused models.

Within the main directory, there's also Test.BRRES which contains an early Mario model with different UV mapping, textures, and 3 animations

I actually sent the entirety of the William.cpk file unpacked on Internet Archive and I'm willing to share if anyone asks

I'm open to any questions about this game and its models
Damn, not here!
