Extracting 3D models from Super Robot Wars GC's .PAK files
#1
Second thread on these forums, second time I ask inquiring about giant robots. Hm.

Super Robot Wars GC's 3D models, which I would like to rip, are all stuck inside .pak files, which I understand is common for games using the RenderWare engine (such as this one, or SRW NEO). I've looked around the web for a program that can open them, but I've figured my best bet would be to write a QuickBMS script to decompress them. Doing a little hex snooping inside those files shows that all of them but one share some similarities, namely that the first 16 bytes are dedicated to holding the file's name, and that the character at the address 0x10 is always an underscore (so, _). That's where both my research and knowledge end, unfortunately- hopefully one of you could help me progress further in this endeavor.

Linked underneath are three .pak files:

Thank you very much for your time.
