I think there's a thread about this here, and a user named bihaiorg (who is an expert at ripping this game's sprites) has posted a tutorial forum site as well.
@AkashiYasuto, download a hex editing tool first (HxD for example), translate the tutorial site that I posted on this thread from Chinese to English, and then follow the instructions on that site to extract and convert the compressed .png files. I'd guess this advice from me would help you.
