I've been at this for a few hours. No luck.

The first advice was to try 7zip. As seen above, the program can't read it as an archive.
The second advice was to try some programs. I've tried Solibri Model Viewer 9.7. Free software isn't free and i'm not paying for something they won't even disclose before registration. I've also looked at the Wiki's suggested software. I have a savestate but the program won't let me load it.
The game in question is Jurassic Park, which hasn't been ripped yet.
