First of all, as your rejection PM says, your submission is very incomplete and missing a lot of textures.
Second, in order for your submission to be approved, you must rip EVERY texture. This means you must include the alternate colors (eg. Purple Yoshi's textures), normal maps, specular maps, and every other texture I didn't mention but are just as important regardless.
