If It was an .iso, you could probably mount it to Virtual Clone Drive and then take a look at the files as if you were using a CD reader. It's a very useful tool, especially if you emulate a majority of the games. Alternatively, if you have the actual disk, just pop it into windows. Since it's a CD, all the contents are there, albeit in a proprietary format.
