Profile picture didn't update on the Models Resource?

I change my profile picture to the 3D model project I'm currently working on. For some reason, on every other resource, my profile picture is set to the HPI Skorpion RC car. (the one you're seeing right now.) But for some reason on the Models Resource it still shows a picture of a snowy track! Can this be fixed?
