UPDATE:
I have tested 1.7.0 with versions of Undertale Mod Tool 0.3.5.1 through 0.3.5.5, and they all crash when it tries to read the "STRG" files.
Mega Man Maker has been updated to Version 1.7.1.1, so I'll try to open it and see if I have any luck.

EDIT 2: I have figured out how to open the files for version 1.7x a while back. I don't need help anymore.
