I agree with Squidword(Which nobody has ever said ever and Mr Krabs would not be happy!), but to go more into it, the front facign and back facing sprites in the first sheet do not match. Dont worry about making the shoulders square, it doesnt quite work. The secodn sheet has the same problem but without having a 3/4 view to match.
The sheets themselves are also quite small, expanding them would make them more worthwhile as right now their only use would be to sit in the background of something.
