The thing itself is a Unity project for 2019.2.5f1, you can install the corresponding version of unity and build it from there.
Edit: I think i download that version of unity, then download the git clone of raymap then try opening it.
Another Edit: I know what to do now! i open the project in unity and select "MapViewer" from raymap-master/Assets/Scenes.
