LM 3DS remake was co-developed by GREZZO, same devs that helped make Zelda 3DS remakes, so they reused a lot of formats. They changed some things tho. At this point you can load and extract .gar files with the latest Kuriimu commit, as of models...well, there is a program for viewing those but it only supports the old format. It wouldn't take much effort to make it work with the new format
