Oaky, i quickly looked up Breeze Revolution and am no expert but i have a few suggestions in general.
Your sprite needs a lot more contrast in the colours selected, right now its not super readable, and the shading is barely visible at all, more contrast will help the image pop. Second, i think you need to alter the proportions on the face a little, based on what i could see, the eyes are much bigger, which i think will help the sprite also, i do believe cells eyes actually just touch on his beak. I think maybe make the peak of his... Top... Head-arrow-spike-helmet(what is the right word?) dip a bit more as right now it looks flat.
I like your attention to details, i think your colour choice just needs work, and a little work on readability.
Also, i love anyone who sprites anything from DBZ so i look forward to seeing you improve and seeing more of your work!
