I had looked everywhere on Google for a .data decompression program since the data file formats are zlib compressed. I tried ripping from Ninja Ripper, but it is no use since the models are broke to pieces. There’s got to be something that I’m not getting, Petie.
I used ninja ripper on the game, but the character models are in hundreds of pieces. It's not easy, but it could be possible to rip with ninja ripper if you have the patience to try to piece together a model.

There are plugins for Blender that allow you to bulk import .RIP meshes. Additionally, you can use Dolphin to dump textures. However, some of the meshes may not be positioned properly relative to the other meshes.
