A couple of questions about submissions...

For your first question, yes. We've already done it for Undertale and will be doing it for another game that should be seeing an alpha release some time soon. As for the second, for bigger titles at least, we try to wait until the game has been released in all announced markets. You can submit before then but they won't be approved until the game is out.
