How to Texture Unreal Engine .psk Models?

Well thanks for trying, but it didn't work for me. First off there was no ../../../../../noesisv4205/ line when I opened it in notepad++. I used the hex editor plugin as well, and the ../../../../../noesisv4205/ line still wasn't there. The textures don't work either I just get an error applying texture message when I try to apply them. Also do I have to use Blender to texture it? I'd rather use something else free, as Blender runs like trash, and crashes constantly on my PC even though I'm miles over the recommended specs.
