Having issues figuring out this model ripping for PS2 game War of the Monsters

I am having issues on using Ninja Ripper 3D it did work, but the models are not showing correctly and are either flat faces, or disfigured meshes which also are float or not showing up at all. Could use some help also tried using Dragon Unpacker and no luck.
