All the Naruto Ultimate Ninja games
Persona 3: FES
Persona 4
All the Mortal Kombat games
Dragon Quest 8
All the DBZ Budokai and Budokai Tenkaichi games
All the Mega Man X games, including the collection (and sadly, X7)
Dark Cloud 1 and 2
And Galactic Wrestling featuring Ultimate Muscle.

There were more, but these are the ones I definitely have fond memories of.
