This is a request. You're saying "Hey, we're trying to get the sprites and we could use help. If you can RIP THE ASSETS FOR US let us know" Doing this outside of the forum results in a 30% warn and your account's silenced for 12 hours - but for now I think the verbal warning and a lock is enough.
