Looks great now! You're right in that usually opaque backgrounds are preferred, but these kind of sheets are an exception as it corrupts them.
One other thing I should probably point out is that ideally you shouldn't have an animated icon. We recently decided that animated icons should only be used where necessary, i.e. when a static icon doesn't sufficiently convey information about the sheet or sprite (perhaps if the sprites are tiny like in Lemmings). It's just most icons aren't animated (and many can't be), and keeping things consistent where possible is nice. Otherwise we'd have some icons animated and some not, for no real reason.
