Anyone have a Miitomo Version 1.xx.xx IPA?

I figured I'd add the app icons for Miitomo simply because it's easy, but Nintendo changed it in the updates, and I don't have and can't find the version 1 IPA for the iOS version. Does anyone here have it, and are they willing to share the app icons within?

Note: I am not requesting the IPA (not that it would matter, since the game is free anyway, but whatever), just the PNG files of the app icons.
