EDIT: welp, the game's formats have a lot of similarities with Danganronpa v3 – namely .SRD files for models.
There are SRD to OBJ converters, but from what I gather, they're meant for Danganronpa v3 and aren't directly compatible with this game so some changes would be needed to the code.
So the bottom line is this; conversion code for SRD=>OBJ has been written and it's somewhere here, but it's practically only meant for that particular game and getting it to work with —these— SRD files is something out of my field of expertise.
