Two things:
1) We're mostly here to help improve on sprites, not showcase them and ask what rating they are.
2) Even if you asked me to, I wouldn't rate it because I feel that can end up being counter productive to what good feedback is.
BUT even if I had that in mind I'd agree with Chris2Balls on this one. You are far better off making your own content from scratch than making edits. And if you ask me in why I say this is because editing isn't a very good process to make good sprites compared to making a REAL custom sprite.
That applies with everything in how you make artwork too. making a sprite set still falls under that.
